Women in Leadership Forum is a flagship forum focusing on empowering women at senior levels.

Focusing on empowering women at senior levels, the Women in Leadership Forum has become a flagship event held since 2013 by CKGSB, among which four editions were co-hosted with UN Women and one with UNESCO.

As a platform for empowering female leaders, promoting gender equality in the workplace, celebrating success stories, and offering opportunities to create positive change, the Women in Leadership Forum has offered unique insights from distinguished leaders like Sheryl Sandberg (former Meta COO), Barbara Woodward (then British Ambassador to China), Jan Adams (then Australian Ambassador to China), Jean Liu (President of Didi Chuxing Technology Co), and Li Na (Former Professional Tennis Player), among many others.
