iLEAD (Intergenerational Leadership Entrepreneurial Accelerated Development) is our unique US-China intergenerational, cross-cultural mentorship program. This elite program is a joint venture with Cornell University, the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Next Opportunity Group, and US China Partners, and aims to build a global business action network between young adults from leading U.S, Western, and China Legacy Families.

Through direct interactions with current wealth creators, corporate CEO’s, successful entrepreneurs from some of the world’s fastest growing companies, engaging discussions with faculty from the best universities in the world and unique cross-cultural experiences, iLEAD creates an impactful, visceral and memorable learning experience. 

Each iLEAD graduate will earn a Professional Masters Certificate from Cornell and CKGSB.
