CKGSB-SAIF 2014 Summer Institute of Finance Conference

The Summer Institute of Finance (SIF) will host its fifth annual conference from July 17 – July 18, 2014 in Lijiang, China. The SIF Conference is jointly organized by the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF). This annual conference serves as a forum for academic scholars to share the latest research and insights in finance, including topics such as Chinese financial markets, decentralization of SOEs, and the premarket of IPOs.

Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) are co-organizing the fifth annual Summer Institute of Finance Conference on July 17-18, 2014. The conference will be held in Pullman Hotel, Lijiang of Yunnan province which is located in the southwestern part of China.

This annual conference serves as a forum for academic scholars and research practitioners to shed light on the hottest topics in finance—from the premarket of IPOs and the Chinese stock market to the decentralization of China’s state-owned enterprises (SOEs).

The conference will begin with a reception on Wednesday evening, July 16; it will end late afternoon on Friday, July 18, 2014.
