Join us for a special luncheon featuring Mr. Nianbo Wu, Founder and Chairman of Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co. Ltd. The company is China’s biggest and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of diode with a monthly output of up to 250 million and 8 to 9 percent of the world’s total production.
Mr. Wu has a reputation as a true champion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability, taking a very unique and interesting approach. A few years ago, he made employee happiness the mission of Good-Ark and believes good entrepreneurs should treat their companies as their families, and their employees as their family members. Since implementing this approach, Good-Ark’s market value and production levels have significantly increased while employee turnover has declined to less than 7 percent (the average turnover rate in China’s manufacturing industries is nearly 30 percent).
Mr. Wu will expand on his unique CSR philosophy at this luncheon event.
Sandwiches will be provided.
Please note: The presentation will be conducted in Chinese but simultaneous translation in English will be provided.
Individual event is at a $30 fee; free for 2017 Knowledge Series Members. Event is free to credentialed media.

He studies and explores the “Family Culture” features in the Chinese Management model. The company employees thus fondly address Chairman Wu as the Patriarch.
