Please join us for the 2017 Global Innovation Summit and 8th Young Investors’ Forum where CKGSB Professors Xiang Bing, Gan Jie, Li Yang and Zhang Weining will be joined by a stellar line-up of speakers from academia and industry to address the topics of Fintech and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This is a time of global transformation and technological disruption, with profound implications both economically and geopolitically. The landscape of competition is changing like never before.
China is looking to address this change head on, with President Xi Jinping specifically calling for a dynamic, innovation-driven growth model at the World Economic Forum in Davos earlier this year, in order to bolster strategic emerging industries, foster new business models to upgrade and revitalize traditional industries. This drive to develop science and technology will require a global vision, one where China needs to leverage global innovation resources and take a more proactive leadership role on the world stage.
CKGSB’s focus on technological innovation, both through its faculty, students and alumni, as well as the Chuang Community – an incubator for some of the leading start-ups in China – make it the perfect host for a forum on this topic, especially as an increasing number of Chinese companies are looking to expand internationally.
On May 15, 2017, in Shenzhen, China, CKGSB will host the 2017 Global Innovation Forum and 8th Young Investors’ Forum. The dual focus of this prestigious event will be Fintech and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
