About the Program

The part-time, Chinese-language program fosters next-gen business disruptors and entrepreneurs seeking to deepen their understanding in the latest business trends and challenges in management with in-depth electives in culture, finance and investment, smart manufacturing, entrepreneurship innovation and general management. The two-year program is taught in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen with overseas modules.

  • Who?

    Education: junior college degree or above
    Work experience:

    • Junior college graduates: at least five years’ work experience;
    • Bachelors: at least three years’ work experience;
    • Masters: at least two years’ work experience

    Average age of students: 32
    Average class size is 60, of which half are female
    70% are manager level or above; 30% are next-gen entrepreneurs (incl. family businesses)
    Education background: 40% graduate from top overseas universities; 39% hold a master’s degree.

    • Language: Chinese
    • Course is part-time (two weekends per month) and is two years long
    • Classes take place in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen
