The Program and Marketing Manager is responsible for inputting data for each project and event into the database properly.
The Program and Marketing Manager will provide logistical support as required for the Dean’s trips to the US, including booking hotels, arranging car services, scheduling meetings, etc.
The Program and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the General Knowledge Series events with guidance from the Chief Representative.
Business Development & Marketing
The Program and Marketing Manager supports the Chief Representative in generating program sales.
The Program and Marketing Manager will be responsible for updating the website.
The Program and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and carrying out the General Knowledge Series.
The Program and Marketing Manager will work with the Chief Representative and Faculty as required to produce program materials.
The Program and Marketing Manager builds client loyalty through their work to help grow the relationship.
The Program and Marketing Manager provides support with developing and executing marketing initiatives.
The Program and Marketing Manager will complete occasional special projects as requested by the Chief Representative.
Financial
The Program and Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the Finance & Office manager to invoice, process expenses, develop educator contracts and coordinate with the team around the partner school and client contracts.
The Program and Marketing Manager is responsible for administering logistics on behalf of educator.
Design
The Program and Marketing Manager informs the design process, with a particular focus on issues relating to logistics.
Other Occasional Tasks:
Support Finance & Operations Manager with finance & operational issues.
Support IT Manager in IT issues.
Simple translation and coordination for non-Chinese-speaking employees with Chinese colleagues, if Chinese capability exists.
Special projects.
Qualifications:
S. or B.A. degree required
Graduate degree a plus
Executive Education experience a plus
Mandarin speaking and writing capability a plus
