Job Descriptions:

• Explore new channels and actively engage in various activities to promote CKGSB’s non-Chinese programs to English speaking community in Asian area as well as proactively approaching potential clients from overseas;
• Manage key accounts, design programs and prepare proposals that are tailored to clients’ needs;
• Conduct sales to clients and have the strong ability to turn interests and needs into deal;
• Work closely with the academic faculty directors and partners to ensure the program design addresses clients’ needs and the successful delivery of programs;
• Guide the team to prepare promotion materials for the various programs- i.e. developing hard copy brochures in English, maintaining and updating feature pages on the school’s website and creating new promotion channels on Linkedin and other social media platform;
• Manage on-site delivery to ensure smooth program implementations;
• Be a good team leader and willing to support others when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from top-tier universities, Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred;
• Excellent English writing and communication skills;
• Experiences in education industry are preferred;
• Experiences in BD and sales are a must;
• Experiences of living or working abroad are a plus
• Experiences in marketing and enrollment management are a plus;
• Good presentation skills are preferred;
• Good interpersonal, and communication skills are desired;
• Abilities to work in multi-cultural and a fast-paced, dynamic environment are desired.
