Asia Start: AI + Digital China Expedition

Step 1 - Submit Your Application
Please submit your application once you have decided to join the programme. The application form must be completed in English. Your application will be reviewed by our Admissions Team to ensure alignment with your professional background and learning objectives. This process typically takes 1–2 working days.

Step 2 – Confirm Participation & Payment
You will be notified of the outcome of your application by CKGSB. If accepted, you will receive a welcome email including: a letter from the Programme Director, a Participation Confirmation Letter (for your e-signature via DocuSign); and the programme fee invoice.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or online (debit/credit card). To secure your place, payment should be completed within 7 days of the invoice date, or immediately if acceptance occurs within 12 weeks of the programme start date.

Your place on the programme is considered formally confirmed once we have received:

• Your signed Confirmation Letter (via DocuSign), and
• Full payment of the programme fee

Step 3 – Enrolment Confirmation & Logistics
Your Programme Manager will confirm your enrolment via email. A detailed logistics guide will follow, including recommended hotels and intercity travel arrangements. Additional information may be requested to support your learning experience.

* The program fee includes tuition, teaching materials, lunch, two networking dinners, Taichi & bus transfers. The cost of intercity transfers (domestic flights and train), hotel accommodations, international travels to and from China are not covered by the program fee.

** The Extended Immersion is available exclusively as an add-on to the Core Program. It has duration of 2 days (6-7 November) in Shenzhen, and it consists of:

1) Company Visit to Pony.ai
2) Company Visit to DJI
3) Lecture on AI Agents-Powered Organizational Transformation
4) Investment and Partnership Pitch Event

The fee for the Extended Immersion includes tuition, teaching materials, lunch, Taichi & bus transfers. The cost of intercity transfers (flight from Hangzhou to Shenzhen), hotel accommodations, international travels to and from China are not covered by the Extended Immersion fee.

Every part and detail of the Extended Immersion is subject to change.

*** Optional fee for cultural learning 1 & 2 includes:

1)The Greater Wall: bus, lunch, ticket, English tour guide
2)Laoshe Tea House - Chinese Cultural Show & Dinner: bus, dinner, showticket

The early bird rate of 5% off is valid until mid-June. CKGSB alumni will be entitled to an alumni rate of 10% off. Rates cannot be combined and does not apply to optional cultural learnings.

Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the Program shall officially inform CKGSB of their withdrawal in writing, and the following provisions regarding their paid program fees shall apply:

• written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 30 or more days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 100% of paid program fees refund..
• written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 15 to 29 days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 50% of paid program fees refund..
• written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 14 or less days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 0% of paid program fees refund.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no portion of program fees will be refunded in the event that the participant has already obtained the visa, via Program invitation letter, issued by the country where the Program is located.

In cases where a participant is unable to continue the Program due to documented medical or personal emergencies, CKGSB may consider a transfer of the participant to any other program available within the next 12 months on a case-by-case basis. Any such transfer will be at the discretion of CKGSB and will require appropriate documentation by participants. If CKGSB agrees to the transfer, the participant shall bear any non-refundable costs already incurred for the Program. The remaining program fees will be credited toward the future program. If the program fees of the future program exceed the credited amount, the participant shall pay the difference; if they are lower, the remaining balance will be retained by CKGSB and may be applied toward other programs offered by CKGSB in the future, but will not otherwise be refunded.

In the event that CKGSB determines that the number of enrolled participants is insufficient to ensure the desired learning experience or operational viability, CKGSB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Program. In this case, CKGSB will notify participants as early as reasonably practicable and will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience. Participants may elect to receive a full refund of any program fees paid, or—subject to availability—transfer both their program fees and enrolment to a future offering of the same or similar program. Except for the foregoing, CKGSB shall not be liable for any other expenses that participants may have incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa-related costs.

CKGSB Europe reserves the right to modify the program dates, location, schedule, and fee at any time.

You understand that you must be completely free of all professional duties while attending this program and to attend all scheduled sessions and activities to receive a certificate endorsed by CKGSB. If missing a session is unavoidable, please notify the program team immediately. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate to acknowledge their participation in this program.
