The Admission
Process

Step 1 - Submit your application.
Please submit your application as soon as you decide to join. The application form MUST be completed in English. Your application will be sent to our admissions team who will evaluate it to ensure that the program aligns with your objectives and profile. This can take approximately 2-3 days.
Step 2 - Payment to commit.
CKGSB will notify you of the outcome of your application. If accepted, CKGSB will send your admission letter and invoice fee via email. From this point, your enrolment will be considered firm by you and CKGSB. Payment options include bank transfer or online payment via debit or credit card. Please note places are secured upon receipt of payment.
Step 3 - Confirmation to join.
To secure your spot, please pay the program fee no longer than 30 days of the invoice date, or immediately if accepted within 8 weeks of the program start date. Your program manager will confirm your place on the program via email and may request additional details to support your learning journey.

All fees quoted are exclusive of any valued-added or other indirect taxes that may occur. The program fee includes tuition, teaching materials, lunch, one networking dinner, one cultural show (subject to the weather), Taichi & bus transfers. The cost of intercity transfers (train from Shanghai to Hangzhou & flight from Hangzhou to Shenzhen), hotel accommodations, international travels to and from China are not covered by the program fee.

CKGSB alumni will be entitled to an alumni rate of 10% off. Scholarships and financial assistance may be granted to leaders from NGOs, social enterprises, disruptive technology, Belt & Road Initiative Countries/Regions, public sector and exceptional women in leadership. Please submit your statements & relevant supporting documents where applicable in your application.
Cancellation and
Transfer Policy
Participants who voluntarily withdraw from the Program shall officially inform CKGSB of their withdrawal in writing, and the following provisions regarding their paid program fees shall apply:
- written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 30 or more days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 100% of paid program fees refund.
- written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 15 to 29 days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 50% of paid program fees refund.
- written withdrawal notice received by CKGSB 14 or less days prior to the check-in & registration date of the Program - 0% of paid program fees refund.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no portion of program fees will be refunded in the event that the participant has already obtained the visa, via Program invitation letter, issued by the country where the Program is located.

In cases where a participant is unable to continue the Program due to documented medical or personal emergencies, CKGSB may consider a transfer of the participant to any other program available within the next 12 months on a case-by-case basis. Any such transfer will be at the discretion of CKGSB and will require appropriate documentation by participants. If CKGSB agrees to the transfer, the participant shall bear any non-refundable costs already incurred for the Program. The remaining program fees will be credited toward the future program. If the program fees of the future program exceed the credited amount, the participant shall pay the difference; if they are lower, the remaining balance will be retained by CKGSB and may be applied toward other programs offered by CKGSB in the future, but will not otherwise be refunded.

In the event that CKGSB determines that the number of enrolled participants is insufficient to ensure the desired learning experience or operational viability, CKGSB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Program. In this case, CKGSB will notify participants as early as reasonably practicable and will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience. Participants may elect to receive a full refund of any program fees paid, or—subject to availability—transfer both their program fees and enrolment to a future offering of the same or similar program. Except for the foregoing, CKGSB shall not be liable for any other expenses that participants may have incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa-related costs.

CKGSB Europe reserves the right to modify the program dates, location, schedule, and fee at any time.
CERTIFICATION

You understand that you must be completely free of all professional duties while attending this program and to attend all scheduled sessions and activities to receive a certificate endorsed by CKGSB. If missing a session is unavoidable, please notify the program team immediately. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate to acknowledge their participation in this program.
