Sean Li

Sean joined Robert Walters China in 2017 and as an Associate Director in Shanghai, where he successfully grew the HR, finance and supply chain division and was subsequently promoted to Director, head of Shanghai in 2021. In 2023, he was promoted to General Manager, Mainland China covering offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Suzhou and has expanded its service to domestic & local conglomerates.

Prior to joining Robert Walters, Sean developed a strong recruitment business in Southern China & Shanghai for seven years, specialising in senior management recruitment in multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, global sourcing, industrial, FMCG, automotive, etc.

Sean graduated from Xiamen University with a master’s degree in English and Chinese Interpretation and Translation.
