LI Wei re-joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2017 as Senior China Economist. Prior to this role, Wei was Director and Asia economist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and China economist at Everbright Securities. Wei provides analysis on key economic and policy developments in China to the bank’s internal and external stakeholders.
