Ms. Ke holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree from the Antai EMBA Program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is also a certified Family Office Architect by CEIBS and a Outstanding Alumni of Cohort 3, CKGSB Jun Yong (Women’s Leadership Program).
Ms. Ke brings 20 years of professional experience and 15 years in management, having held core management roles in state-owned, central SOEs, multinational, and publicly listed companies, including Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Shanghai Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., Lianhe Chemical Technology, and China International Intellectech. She has been deeply involved in the entire human resources cycle, leading HR strategic planning, organizational design, compensation and performance systems, and talent management. She has built a proven track record in cross-industry HR system development and implementation, with particular strength in driving organizational effectiveness through value chain restructuring and establishing end-to-end management systems from strategy to execution.
In 2014, Ms. Ke co-founded MeetFuture Technology. In the company’s early years, she led both strategic positioning and HR strategy, building the core team from the ground up and designing organizational structures and management processes tailored to the needs of high-end manufacturing enterprises. Currently, as Vice President, Ms. Ke spearheads organizational transformation and cross-business coordination, building an agile and high-performing operating system that underpins MeetFuture’s strategic execution and market expansion.
