With Diversified Consulting Projects (DCPs), CKGSB students form teams to undertake consulting projects to help solve real-world business challenges. Working with support from participating organizations and CKGSB faculty advisors, students are able to translate classroom learning into professional, on-the-job experience.
Depending on the project, students may work for a multinational, private company, state-owned enterprise, or nonprofit. Participating organizations have included IBM, GE Healthcare and Tencent. Typical consulting projects develop solutions related to strategic planning, marketing and feasibility studies, financial analysis, and operational evaluations.
Though participation in DCPs is not compulsory, the vast majority of MBA students choose to take part in the program, which takes place in early summer. Particularly strong student presentations have attracted interest from corporate recruiters.
