CKGSB Offers Scholarships
to Support Social Innovation

To contribute to the solution of humanity’s most common and systematic challenges, we at CKGSB have been offering philanthropy scholarships, besides other merit-based scholarships, to support aspiring and eligible professionals to pursue management and business education, advocate social innovation and generate positive social change.

At CKGSB, we have aimed to cultivate transformative business leaders with a global vision, sense of social responsibility, innovative mindset, and ability to lead with empathy and compassion. With this aim in mind, the school started to offering the philanthropy scholarship in 2002 and a full-tuition philanthropy scholarship has been awarding it across all degree programs including MBA, Executive MBA, and Business Scholars Program since 2018 to outstanding civil society and NGO leaders, aiming to encourage young leaders who are socially innovative to drive social development.

The Philanthropy Scholarship is funded by CKGSB, and will be assessed and assigned by the Assessment Committee formed by each CKGSB Program, the CKGSB Alumni Council and the CKGSB Philanthropy Committee. The vetting process is supervised by the Law Committee of the CKGSB Alumni Council.

This merit-based scholarship will be awarded to eligible candidates based on a holistic evaluation of their applications, grades and contribution to philanthropy. It pays only tuition and is not disbursable in cash.
