Asia Start: AI + Digital China Expedition

The CKGSB Asia Start Admission Team will only review applications when they are complete. A completed application must include the following:

Step 1 - Submit your application.
Please submit your application as soon as you decide to join. Your application will be sent to our admissions team who will evaluate it to ensure that the program aligns with your objectives and profile. This can take approximately 2-3 days.

Step 2 - Payment to commit.
CKGSB will notify you of the outcome of your application. If accepted, CKGSB will send your acceptance letter and invoice fee via email. From this point, your enrolment will be considered firm by you and CKGSB. Payment options include bank transfer or online payment via debit or credit card. Please note places are secured upon receipt of payment.

Step 3 - Confirmation to join.
To secure your spot, please pay the program fee no longer than 5 days of the invoice date, or immediately if accepted within 8 weeks of the program start date. Your program manager will confirm your place on the program via email and may request additional details to support your learning journey.

If accepted, you understand that you must be completely free of all professional duties while attending this program and to attend all scheduled sessions and activities to receive a certificate endorsed by CKGSB. If missing a session is unavoidable, please notify the program team immediately.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate to acknowledge their participation in this program.

All fees quoted are exclusive of any valued-added or other indirect taxes that may occur. The program fee includes tuition, teaching materials, lunch, two networking dinners, Taichi, local and intercity transfers. The cost of hotel accommodations, international travels to and from China are not covered.

CKGSB alumni will be entitled to an alumni rate. Scholarships and financial assistance may be granted to participants/leaders from NGOs, social enterprises, disruptive technology, Belt & Road Initiative Countries/Regions, public sector and exceptional women in leadership. Please submit your statements & relevant supporting documents where applicable in your application. Please get in touch with us if you require any assistance.

There is no refund offered by the school if the participant voluntarily withdraws from the program. If you are unable to attend the program due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please notify the CKGSB team in writing. We may be able to transfer you to the next available cohort under such circumstances.

CKGSB requires you to provide the contact details of a Chinese/English speaking person to reach in case of an emergency during the program. Disclosure of the information is voluntary, but failure to provide this information may result in CKGSB inability to notify the contact in a timely manner. CKGSB disclaim any liability or responsibility in such instances.

2. I am aware of the need for fluency and advanced writing skills in the English language, and of mandatory program attendance.

3. I am aware and agree to adhere to program requirements in a professional manner.

4. I have read, understood and accept the cancellation and transfer policy.

5. I certify that the information given in this application is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

6. I confirm my private insurance provides coverage for medical care, illness and injury in China while attending the program.

7. I am aware that there is no refund offered by the school should cancellation take place before the start of the program, including failing to obtain a valid visa to travel.

8. I understand that the program fee includes tuition, teaching materials, lunch, two networking dinners, Taichi, local and intercity transfers. The cost of international travels to and from China and hotel accommodations are not covered.

9. I understand that changes to the program schedule may occur, depending on the availability of resources, such as company visit arrangement. I am aware that CKGSB will ensure that this does not affect my overall experience of the program.

10. I shall not, without the written consent or permission of CKGSB, in any form, copy, distribute, or authorize others to use all or part of any CKGSB teaching or promotional materials (including but not limited to: written teaching materials, videos, audios, etc.), published articles, research results, cases, etc.

11. I shall not, without the written consent or permission of CKGSB, take photos, make audio or video recordings and/or distribute content related to the teaching process or teaching activities (including opening ceremonies, rituals, various types of lectures, symposiums, seminars, etc.), the teaching environment, teaching facilities, etc.

12. I undertake to keep confidential the personal information and portraits of other participants, CKGSB alumni, and professors obtained during and after the Program. I shall not disclose their personal information, such as contact information, residence, health condition, portraits, etc., to any third party without their consent. I shall not use, in any manner, their names or portraits for any publicity or promotional activities.

13. I consent to CKGSB sharing my name, contact information, and working details with the overseas Program co-organizers for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the Program.

14. I authorize CKGSB to share my name, portrait, contact information, and working details with CKGSB alumni through the Internet system used by CKGSB.

15. I grant CKGSB, its agent or assignee the full discretionary right to use for marketing, PR and educational purposes, any audio-visual material in which I am featured (including my appearance, voice and any content) during my program at CKGSB. This includes, but is not limited to still pictures (photography), video and/or audio recordings made on campus or on the occasion of activities off-campus.
