Pooja Jhaveri is passionate about creatively solving Human Capital challenges. She has been with LSEG since November 2021 and looks after Leadership Development & D&I for APAC. Pooja’s experience crosses multiple industries, geographies, and roles within HR; she started career in New York City as a Change Management consultant at EY before moving in-house as the HR Strategy lead for a niche software organization. She moved to Singapore almost 10 years ago. Prior to LSEG, Pooja was at HP Inc. where she started off as an HRBP for regional Go-To-Market leaders prior to taking on Talent COE roles and responsibilities.
Outside of work, Pooja enjoys travelling and exploring new cuisines and cultures with her husband and two young boys.
