Charise was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2020, after 15 years in several HR Roles across Schneider Electric. Having led HR teams in Businesses, Sales organizations and Rewards, her most recent position was SVP HR Services and People Strategy, where there is a major focus on helping the organization ready for the future, including HR digitisation, people analytics, strategic talent acquisition and employee centricity.
Before joining Schneider Electric, she gained experience at various international companies which were maturing their operations in China. As the engine of HR in a global company, it gave her tremendous insights into HR Tech, future trends and market practices. On a personal level, she enjoys being part of a high performing team, leading transformation and digital challenges.
