Mr. Bagrin Angelov joined NIO in June 2025 as Vice President of Capital Markets. He brings over 20 years of global experience in strategic corporate development, growth initiatives, capital markets, and cross-border transactions, with a strong track record of leadership across China, the Middle East, and Europe.
Prior to joining NIO, Mr. Angelov spent a decade at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) as Managing Director, where he led the Cross-Border M&A Advisory division.
He holds a combined Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in Germany, as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kngdom.
