Andrew Kam has more than 30 years of experience in the consumption, culture and travel industries. He has served as a senior executive in three Fortune 500 companies. He was the first Chinese president of Disneyland. Under his leadership, the Hong Kong Disneyland built three new parks for the first time, built the world’s first Iron Man attraction and the largest new hotel in Hong Kong Disneyland. Through 4 years of continuous upgrade and optimization under Andrew’s leadership, the Hong Kong Disneyland achieved the first positive EBITDA in 2010, pulling the park out of a long-term deficit since the park’s opening in 2005, and set a record of the highest passenger flow and revenue, becoming the fifth largest park in Asia.
