Susan Stupin and Ted Gamble, Principals and Co-Founders of The Prescott Group, LLC, will discuss current trends affecting the robust US commercial real estate market from an experienced investor’s perspective. Offering specific observations relevant to Asian investors, they will highlight developments in the investment and capital markets that are shaping the real estate marketplace today and share their thoughts on strategies for successful investment.
Susan and Ted are managing directors and owners of Prescott, a NY-based real estate investment and asset management firm, which has been a family owned and run enterprise for more than 25 years.
BIOGRAPHIES:
Susan Stupin
Susan received an AB degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. She is a longstanding member and leader of the real estate organization Urban Land Institute and is a member of the following Boards: International House in New York City; The American Farm School in Thessaloniki, Greece; and The Museum of American Finance. Prior to co-founding Prescott, Susan was an executive at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s real estate investment banking group.
Ted Gamble
Prior to founding Prescott, he was a Principal of Morgan Stanley & Co., where he performed investment, transaction execution, business development, and management functions as a senior member of the firm’s real estate unit. Ted graduated with an AB degree from Princeton University, a Master in Architecture degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, and an MBA degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He serves as a member of various international industry groups, including the Urban Land Institute, and is also actively involved with a range of civic, educational, and charitable organizations.
