CKGSB to Provide Training for Leaders of 192 SOEs in Oman

Xiang Bing, Founding Dean and Professor of China Business and Globalization of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) was recently received by the Sultan of Oman, H.E. Haitham bin Tariq, as a member of the Inaugural Board of Advisors for the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) in Oman.

[Beijing, China, March 30, 2023] Xiang Bing, Founding Dean and Professor of China Business and Globalization of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) was recently received by the Sultan of Oman, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, as a member of the Inaugural Board of Advisors for the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) in Oman. On behalf of CKGSB, Dean Xiang agreed to jointly develop a chairperson program with the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) in Oman for board chairs at 192 state-owned enterprises listed under the Sultanate’s sovereign wealth fund—Oman Investment Authority.

Established in Beijing in November 2002, CKGSB is China’s first privately-funded and research-driven business school. The school aims to cultivate transformative business leaders with a global vision, sense of social responsibility, innovative mindset, and ability to lead with empathy and compassion.
