CKGSB IMD Building Digital Ecosystems Program
Admission process

Once you submit your application, it is forwarded to the admission team who will evaluate it to ensure that the program corresponds to your objectives and profile. This can take approximately 2-3 days.

CKGSB will notify you of the outcome of your application. If you are accepted, CKGSB will send your acceptance letter and invoice fee electronically. From this point, your enrolment will be considered firm by both you and CKGSB.

Up to six weeks before the program start date, a program coordinator will contact you with information on hotels and pre-program preparations.

If accepted, you understand that you must be completely free of professional duties while attending this program and that you must attend all scheduled sessions and activities to receive a joint certificate endorsed by CKGSB and IMD.

The changes to the programme schedule may occur, depending on the availability of resources. CKGSB and IMD will ensure that this does not affect your overall learning experience of the program.

Payment of fee

Please pay the program fee within 7 days of the invoice date and no later than the commencement of the program. If you register within 1 month of the start of the program, you must settle the invoice immediately without exception. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment.

The program fee includes tuition, teaching materials, local bus transfers, domestic flight from Beijing to Shenzhen, and lunch on campus and selected dinners. International travel and living expenses are not covered. You must settle your own hotel bills in China (recommended hotels nearby CKGSB campus will provide agreed student rates upon presenting a confirmation of enrolment letter); and on off-campus assignments, as well as some dinners and lunches on weekends where applicable. CKGSB reserves the right to modify the program fee at any time.

All tuition fees quoted are exclusive of any value-added or other indirect taxes that may be due in any country.

Tentative reservation

If you prefer to make a non-binding reservation, please contact us at This carries no obligation and is not a substitute for the formal application form.
