  • Executive Mentor Program

    The executive mentor program is designed to connect industry leaders, top investors, and multi-national business CEOs with MBA students. The mentors will share their personal and professional experiences to help students build their career paths.

  • Company Visit

    Company visit is a great way to demonstrate company culture and build employer branding. Through in-depth interaction, MBA students will build a complete understanding of visiting company culture, business model, daily operations, and etc.

  • Diversified Consulting Projects

    Diversified consulting projects (DCP) is a typically 5-week long practical project, focusing on resolving real business problems on strategy and operation. Throughout the time, employers will not only received satisfactory problem resolution, but also explore future business leaders.

      • Self-Assessment: Conduct a holistic assessment to further understand core values and career aspirations, and identify personal strengths and areas for improvement.
      • Career Coaching: Schedule an appointment with one of career coaches to organize thoughts, gain industry information, and create an action plan.
      • Career Workshops: Participate in a wide range of on-campus workshops to develop your professional skills and explore your career options.
      • Employer Networking Events: Connect with employers from diverse industries through on-campus information sessions, speaker series, alumni events, and career fairs.
      • Mentorship Program: Join CKGSB well-established Executive Mentor Program to gain primary industry insights and learn from China’s top business leaders.
      • Action Learning Module: Participate in special learning modules to learn different cultures, understand respective business landscapes, and broaden personal horizons.
      • Company Visits: Participate in different company visits organized by CMC or student-led initiatives to network with professionals, exchange ideas, and learn various business ecosystems.
      • Diversified Consulting Project (DCP): Work with a group of students for a real business projects to practice learning theories and acquire real world experiences.
      • Off-campus Internships: Participate in various off-campus internships to gain real world experiences and determine career interests.
      • Entrepreneurship Workshops: CMC will collaborate with external subject matter experts to cover relevant workshops on innovation and entrepreneurship, including BP writing, team structure, stock option design, and more, to help students build a complete innovation framework.
      • Demo Day: CMC will collaborate with external experts, top investors to host a real demo day. MBA students will experience real project demonstration, and receive real time feedback from professionals.
      • Mock Interview: Practice your interviews with CMC to frame your stories, polish your responses, and gain confidence. 
      • Salary Negotiation: Consult with CMC to generate a strategic plan for salary negotiation with prospective employers.

      Employers can post job openings via our online job board.
    • Direct Contact
      Employers can identify the targeted candidates and contact them directly through his/her contact information listed on MBA profile book.
    • Mock Interview
      Employers can participate in our mock interview activities, to help students polish their interview skills, and also identify the high potential and the most suitable candidate.
    • Information Sessions
      On-campus information session is the best way to boost company reputation, promote company culture, and network with prospective MBA candidates. Please contact CMC for details if you’d like to host one session on campus.
    • Career Fairs
      CMC will host various career fairs in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen throughout the year. Employers will be able to communicate with prospective MBA candidate in depth, and even conduct first-round interviews on site.

      Summer internships can not only help students develop professional skills and learn industry knowledge, but also help employers to conduct holistic candidate evaluation, and improve recruitment conversion rate.
