Biography
Dr Li Haitao is the Dean, Dean’s Distinguished Chair Professor of Finance, and Director of the Family Business Research Center at CKGSB. Previously, he was the Jack D. Sparks Whirlpool Corporation Research Professor in the Finance Department of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He also served on the faculty of the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. Dr Li serves on the editorial boards of Management Science (the Department of Finance) and the International Review of Finance. Dr Li holds a PhD in Finance from Yale University.

Biography
Professor Zhang Xiaomeng is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Associate Dean for EMBA Program, Associate Dean for Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity, Executive Academic Director for Executive Education, and Director of the Research Center for Leadership, Behavioral Science & Inclusivity at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining CKGSB, she was a tenured Associate Professor at the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC. Her research interests are in the areas of creativity, leadership and motivation, with a desire to understand the relationships between all those areas.
Professor Zhang has published articles in multiple top academic journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies and Human Resource Management Review.
Professor Zhang has taught Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Management of Organization and Human Capital, Business Policies, International Business Practices in China, and HR Management. She earned a BA with emphasis in Economics and Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University, China and a PhD in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management from the R.H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park with a Paine Award for outstanding academic achievement and several teaching awards.

As President of China and Senior Vice President of FedEx, Poh-Yian Koh oversees the operations of FedEx in this vital market.
As a key strategic decision-maker for the company, Poh-Yian Koh is dedicated not only to driving the company’s business growth and market expansion in China but also to maintaining close collaborations with government entities, clients, and partners. Her leadership is pivotal in advancing FedEx’s strategic goals in China, ensuring sustained success and fostering long-term development and a positive corporate image in this crucial market.
Ms. Koh started her career at FedEx in Singapore. In 1994, she moved to China and led the company’s efforts to explore the market, shape customs procedures, and support many of the FedEx strategic projects (i.e., Pudong and Guangzhou Hub), network, and service expansion in the country. During her 34 years with FedEx, she has developed an impressive breadth of experience from her directorship roles in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. Her contributions to laying the foundation for FedEx’s continued growth in China and Asia Pacific have been recognized with several awards, including two-time IT Hall of Fame Awards and the most prestigious 5-star Award at FedEx, of which she has been awarded nine times.
Ms. Koh is passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and empowering women not only at FedEx, but also in the Chinese business community. She headed the disability pillar, called the Sunflower Project, which aims to create an inclusive and positive environment to enable individuals with disabilities to thrive for excellence with their skills and abilities.
Additionally, she is responsible for leading the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions in the development of sustainability strategies to meet FedEx’s carbon neutral goal by 2040.
She holds an Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northern University, in conjunction with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Joined Alibaba in 2003 and served as a member of the 1st Alibaba Philanthropy Committee, as well as one of the first leaders of the Happiness Group.

Currently, she is the head of Hujing Digital Media & Entertainment Group Philanthropy, consistently upholding the belief that “public welfare thrives when everyone participates” and actively practicing philanthropic actions.
Ms. Ma Qing currently serves as currently serves as Executive Vice President, Head of People and Organization (P&O), and Sustainability lead for Siemens Greater China. Leveraging her diverse professional background and outstanding leadership, Ms. Ma has set a benchmark in areas such as HR strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability development.
Through her commitment to continuous learning, interdisciplinary expertise, and forward-thinking, she has spearheaded multiple transformative initiatives, driving advancements in digitalization, green transition, and talent development, strongly contributing to the transformation of Siemens. Notably, she has led the publication of influential white papers like “Digital Talent Strategy Guide for Industrial Manufacturing Enterprises” and the “Green Low-Carbon Supply Chain Casebook”, shaping new development models for Siemens and ecosystem partners.
As the Head of Sustainability, Ms. Ma has also advanced the implementation of Siemens’ DEGREE framework, fostering a green transformation ecosystem. She has pioneered industry co-creation practices such as the “Zero Carbon Pioneer Program” and the “Zero Carbon Pioneer Award” which empowered business innovation, receiving strong recognition globally.

Biography
Dr. Xinyu Fan is an Assistant Professor of Economics at CKGSB. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Los Angles (UCLA) in 2018. He also holds B.Econ & Fin from the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Fan is mainly interested in political economics, organizational economics, and economic history, with a special focus on 3 research themes: 1. Self-enforcing social order in the shadow of power struggles; 2. Power succession and transition in dynasties and family businesses; 3. Economic origins of social, cultural, and gender norms.
Dr. Fan’s work has appeared in leading scholarly journals such as the International Economic Review, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Public Choice, and Journal of Theoretical Politics.

Biography
Dr Yang Li is Associate Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean for MBA Program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, both from Columbia University, as well as a B.S. in Electronics Science from Peking University. His scholarly expertise lies in statistical machine learning and Bayesian nonparametrics, which he applies to a variety of areas such as online personalization, consumer linguistics, and choice modeling. Dr Li has published on top-tier academic journals including Management Science, Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of Consumer Research. At CKGSB, he teaches marketing management to EMBA, Business Scholars Program (DBA), MBA, and Executive Education. In addition to academic pursuits, Dr Li has shared his insights with leading companies, providing consultancy to Tencent, Haier, and Tmall, etc. Dr Li also brings his analytical acumen to the corporate governance realm, holding board positions at several publicly traded companies across mainland China and Hong Kong, where he helps steer strategy and innovation.
An expert in international film and television copyright and a film investor, founder of Beijing Wing Sight Culture and Media Co., Ltd., she has long been committed to promoting collaboration and cultural exchange between the Chinese and international film industries. With 16 years of hands-on experience in international film copyright acquisition, she has been deeply involved in international film and cultural exchange, copyright operations, and film project investment.
She holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Industry Management from the Department of Arts at Peking University, and later pursued advanced studies at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (Cultural and Creative Industries Program) and the Beijing Film Academy (Film Finance Program). Through these programs, she has developed a comprehensive knowledge system integrating cultural industry management, film finance, and creative industry operations.
She previously served as Head of New Media for Paramount Pictures Greater China, where she led the distribution and promotion of Paramount’s iconic IPs such as Mission: Impossible, Transformers, Star Trek, The Godfather, Forrest Gump, and SpongeBob SquarePants across digital media platforms in Greater China.
In addition, she has extensive experience in international copyright acquisition, having led the introduction and distribution of tens of thousands of hours of award-winning, high-quality film and television content at major international film festivals.
Wing Sight has also taken the lead in investing in and advancing the application of AI technology in film production. The team independently developed the first AI-generated historical documentary series in China — Secrets of the Emperor’s Death and Figures of Chinese History — providing a practical case study for the commercialization of AI technology in the film industry.
Currently, Tina Jia serves as Chairperson of China Night at the Cannes Film Festival. In 2025, her company led and organized the 78th Cannes Film Festival China Night and launched the China Film+ series of events, creating an official international platform and dialogue window for the promotion of Chinese films, culture, and brands.
She has built bridges for cooperation between filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and cultural professionals from China and abroad, fostering two-way opportunities and exchanges. By leveraging global film platforms and media channels, she continues to enhance the international visibility of Chinese brands and the global influence of Chinese culture, truly realizing the vision of “Chinese brands empowering Chinese culture to go global, and Chinese films enabling Chinese brands to reach the world.”
